Mark specializes in helping populations with chronic medical conditions reach their health and wellness goals through nutrition and fitness. You will be guided with compassion as a patient at MyPortion Nutrition and receive an holistic approach to care that incorporates behavior change, nutrition, fitness, and Christ-centered encouragement on your weight loss journey.

Before becoming a Dietitian, Mark worked as a Personal Trainer and Physical Therapist Assistant in various settings around the United States. In both the fields of therapy and nutrition, he has taken on roles in education, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient settings.
