About Us
Mark specializes in helping athletes and populations with chronic medical conditions reach their health and wellness goals through nutrition and fitness. You will be guided with compassion as a patient at MyPortion Nutrition and receive an holistic approach to care that incorporates behavior change, nutrition, fitness, and Christ-centered encouragement.
Before becoming a Dietitian, Mark worked as a Personal Trainer and Physical Therapist Assistant in various settings around the United States. Since obtaining a degree in Nutrition, he has taken on roles in education, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient settings.
If you are in the Amarillo area, we can visit with you in person for your first visit. If you are out of town, or simply too busy to get together in person, we can easily set up a video call for your first visit.
